Ways on sharing of information through network system

Nowadays, people can easily share of information in any part of the world. New discoveries and high technologies are now widely used and established that we can now easily access information directly.

Computer networks allow you to share files with friends, family, coworkers and customers. Before the Internet and home networks became popular, files were often shared using floppy disks. Nowadays, some people still use CD-ROM / DVD-ROM disks and USB keys for transfering their photos and videos, but networks give you more flexible options. Network file sharing is the process of copying files from one computer to another using a live network connection. This article describes the different methods and networking technologies available to help you share files.

Technologies has many advantages and disavantages. but somehow it makes our daily living easier. We must take care and not abuse the technology that we are enjoying right now because all these things are be used in good purpose.

Can automation save the nurse?

Pamela Cipriano, PhD, RN, FAAN and Chair of the American Academy of Nursing Workforce Commission on Technology in Nursing,  describes the current state of automation  in nursing practice.   Nurses  in all venues are eager to embrace technology to improve their work environment, eliminate waste in their work, and to decrease errors.  Pam also describes the data collection process - Technology Drill Down (TD2) -  used in this study to collect data  and learn what technology nurses find essential to support improved patient care delivery.

It is good that nowadays the hospital setting are using computers to make the work of a nurse to become easy. Because in hospital, the nurses are the one who works a lot on paper works. I agree that automation can save the nurse because the nurse can have more time of taking care of patient bedside and have more time spending to the patient rather than paper works.
